Beginner protection
Beginner protection applies while the account is younger than 72 hours and the capital's Town Hall remains below level 5. Reaching level 5 or the age limit ends eligibility.
This differs from a manually activated shield. Check current status and time in the protection panel before preparing PvP.
Eight-hour shield and cooldown
The manual shield lasts eight hours. The 24-hour reactivation cooldown starts at activation, not when the eight hours end.
An aggressive action ends an active shield and imposes a shield restriction of at least 24 hours. An unresolved incoming attack or scouting mission blocks activation. Read the reason and countdown in the protection panel.
Chat and account safety
Use world, alliance, friend or private messaging available in your interface to coordinate. Use blocking and reporting tools when needed.
Do not share credentials or verification codes, and avoid posting private information publicly.
Account support
For login, progress or purchase problems, use official support. Explain what happened and when, and include your player ID if the support form requests it. Read the official privacy policy and terms through the footer links.
